For those of you who live under a rock, in Pennsylvania, we are about the only god damn state in this country to only sell booze from state stores and beer distributors. The people of Toledo, Ohio don't have to face that devastating problem like us, and Andy and Brad from Temple Rugby are facedown to prove it.
